Car was not leaking and never has. After bringing it in now threads are stripped and it leaks. I find that unacceptable in a Toyota. I have had bad luck with this Toyota from the beginning. Will not buy another.

Of course we are dealing with Covid19 at this time. That being said, I called at 3 p.m., and was able to get in at 5 p.m., for an oil change and tire rotation...Who could ask for more ?

I was told that I needed the engine filter and the cabin filter replaced because they hadn't been changed for at least the last 30000 miles. I declined. Checking my records at home, I saw that they had been changed last May. I have lost some confidence in your service department.
