I was satisfied with service, but I think that the employees should be wearing masks.
I feel lied to about my vehicle, and was told the hours were different than the true hours, so i wasted my time twice to go pick up my truck, but both times the cash office was closed.

New windshield installed today at Pappas. Picked up truck at dealership with warning light that the collision detection system was not functioning and to return to dealership. So I spent $780 for a job that was NOT thoroughly completed. And I have to schedule another appointment to fix it AGAIN. makes me wonder if the job wasn’t completed and inspected for other problems as well.
Gino took care of getting my car in to the service bay and promptly worked on. In the past I was assigned to different service advisors and they too excelled at what they do. Today my car was ready well before the anticipated time it was to be ready. I have no issues whatsoever with any of the service advisors, mechanics or office personnel.
Just wanted to say that all the team service people who work for Paypose Toyota was really nice and helpful today with my car and I appreciate everything they do during these difficult times we r having keep up the good work.

I was very disappointed that no one wore masks or gloves. It was as if you did not care for your customers. I only saw 3 bottles of DE contaminated substance in the entire place.

I appreciate the fact he told me I didn't need an oil change yet I still had roughly 3,500 to 4,000 miles before it needed it even though a couple other employees did. Thank you Mr. Ragan definitely appreciate your honesty and not just trying to sell something!
