I was extremely unhappy with the precautions that were taken to prevent the spread of the Covid 19 virus because there were none. No masks, no social distancing, nothing. I was told it was an option, not a requirement. Pappas Toyota picked the wrong option. My husband has Cancer, COPD, and heart disease. I do my level best not to bring home anything that would harm him as it could actually cost him his life. I certainly hope none of your employees were at the Lake of the Ozarks last weekend.

My experience went as expected. I interacted with three Pappas people. They were all affable and courteous.
My one concern is regarding the lack of Covid-19 precautions. The cashier was the only employee wearing a mask. Since she interacts with every service customer, it seems a plexiglass shield on the counter in front of her would offer additional protection. The service technicians who came into the waiting area to talk with customers while I was there didn't wear masks and did not appear to social distance.
My understanding of the rationale behind wearing a mask and social distancing is to keep the wearer from possibly infecting others. I wore a mask during my entire visit.
It would seem that business managers would at least want their personnel to project an image of situational awareness and an additional level of concern for their customers.
