I came under the assumption i would be receiving a discount off of my previous quote and all they did was Jack kack the price up and then add a discount so it was like not receiving a discount at all.

David did an excellent job of handling the problem with the state’s computer system that required me to come back to the dealership for a second visit to get my emissions inspection. Greeted me by name as I pulled into the bay beforeI I was checked in, apologized for the situation that was not the dealership’s fault, and got me in and out in a few minutes.

Simple oil change too expensive. Last visit said brakes at 3mm. This time measured better. ?? Other service station said they were good. No longer trust Toyota!
I am most satisfied with the dealer,once I just drove my car to a cheap repair shop after 500 hundred miles the car broke down and then I took her to a dealer and there were no more problems with her that's why I don't care about cheap services anymore.

Hello! I’m usually very satisfied w Pappas—however, I was a little taken back upon arrival today that there appeared to be no precautions taken (COVID). I asked the guy checking me in if cars were being wiped down-steering wheels, handles, etc. Nope. No employees wore masks. Absolutely nothing was different. I was told that areas were sanitized constantly-watched several people walk in and out of doors, move seats in waiting area. No sanitation at all, no door wiped. I had to ask to have my car wiped-was accommodates, but felt a little dumb asking! And this should not have been the case! Employees were business as usual-no social distancing at all. Very irresponsible and also-not what I was told was happening in the phone. Would have paid at Valvoline where safely measures are being taken and skipped my free tire rotation. Very disappointed.

I was horrified that none of your employees wore masks. Especially Paul. He is a very unpleasant person and didn't even greet me. He was too close when asking for my signature. I am appalled by your dealership. I will let Toyota Corporation know. It took months to correct this air bag problem of yours. I will never go in that service department again.
