Okla was great. Had no problem with him. But as for the service. I think it took to long for y’all to look at my car and get the parts in to fix it.

Let me start by saying Renee Page was great. She checked on me throughout the day and made sure I didn't need anything while my vehicle was getting serviced. She kept me well informed during the entire process. One thing that was overlooked by the Technician was to return the items that were taken off the truck (tow hooks and tow hook bezels). I mentioned this to Renee and she quickly went and got the parts. Unfortunately unknown to Renee and myself the tow hook bushings were not returned. I did not think this would be an issue until I was unable to find replacement tow hook bushings online. Requesting the tow hook bushings to be sent via mail to my address in Snyder. ****-****-xxxx is my cell if we need to discuss. Thank you so much. Aaron M

I want to thank Okla for listening to each and every one of my concerns no matter how petty my concerns might have been. He went out of his way and above n beyond to ensure that he answered my every question to my satisfaction. He kept me updated while my Jeep was being serviced. I most appreciate Okla for treating me like an important individual n not like a nagging woman who doesn’t know much about a Jeep! Thank you so much Okla????
