Your service provider was excellent, but the actual technician took an hour and a half to just change the oil. I understand things take time, but the department wasn’t busy at all. Overall I think the department is good, but need to take into consideration the length of time they’re taking and the customers time.

Okla is an exceptional Service Coordinator. He is EXTREMLY professional while still being very personable w customers. He is focused on the problems at hand but inquires and inspects of other problems which results in better repair for the customer and value added for Star Dodge. Okla is an asset to Star Dodge and a refreshment to see a young man so energetic and committed to doing a good job.
