The oil change was fine and I really appreciate the guys looking at my front end of my Jeep Wrangler, so that I knew I didn’t need to file an insurance claim. However, after I left big spring and headed back to Midland, I noticed the driver’s side hood latch was not locked. When I pulled over to lock it, I realized it was broken. I’m not sure what they were doing with it when they were trying to unlock it before they realized it needed a key that I had provided to the service tech at the front desk, but now I’m going have to buy a complete replacement because my hood only latches on one side. This is going to cost approximately $100 to $150 to repair, plus time to install because it’s really an inconvenient install. I would really appreciate some kind of credit to reimburse me for this.

Kept my vehicle for a complete week and the work was not begun or completed I still have the problem with my ram and will take it to a different place even though it is on warranty the person that sold the ram to was great the service department stinks

I was charged a diagnostic fee even though I had extended warranty. It would of also been convenient if they called and communicate on the status of my vehicle. My truck was in the shop from Saturday till Wednesday. I would have to call occasionally to see the status. The must upsetting part though was the fee, especially during this pandemic and was collecting unemployment. I’m back at work now but I’m trying to catch up with debt.
