Repairs completed as promised. New Column Gear shift lever and linkage connection bracket has returned to good, solid, shifting feel and function. Chrysler Dodge/Ram corporate should issue a notice to have these cast-metal brackets inspected for cracks on top of where the gear shift lever is clamped into place. Definite safety issue when combined with other possible Aisin transmission shifting issues in some other Ram heavy duty models, especially those equipped with the autostart capability.

Okla does an excellent and plausible experience for me as a customer and as always makes me feel confident about leaving my vehicles there for servicing. The entire staff is professional and everyone else there from the sales department, parts, mechanics,and as mentioned the service department are always in a great mood. Keep up the good work!!

Why hell right this is the best damn DODGE dealership in the 432. I have had an extremely best customer service at this dealership than even the one in my hometown , midland, sad but true. I’ll keep driving the 45 minutes anytime., why hell right, they don’t treat u like a stranger.

Had work done and it was done wrong causing me to have a problem down the road and refused to make it right or accept responsibility for it. I will no longer do any business with Star including maintenance and purchasing a new vehicle as long as this is how they treat their customers.

Satisfied with service. Only problem was that when i checked my tires due to a rotation, i found one lug nut was loose..so loose it came off with just twisting it no pressure..i tighten it up.. but will double check my tire on the next rotation prior to leaving..
