I felt with Eric and he always does a great job
I understand having low manning, but for my car to be there for almost 2 weeks and me calling multiple times is not the best customer service. Especially when I was only advised to change the brand of my spark plugs and use fuel cleaner. I expected it to not have taken so long. It is my only vehicle and was difficult commuting without it.
However, Matt was friendly and professional each time we spoke so that was nice
Satisied w the job. And very nice i had a ride back home n then a ride back to get my car. Just wish it all could have been done when i had the tune up on 12-14-22. Hopefully i wont have any more problems w it for a long time. Thank you also for having my car back the same day. Merry Christmas

My vehicle is still not repaired. The knocking noise is still present and worse than before. Obviously the vehicle was not test driven after the "repair" attempt. I guess I will contact HMA to re-open the case. Way to just throw parts at it without proper diagnostics. This vehicle purchase has been the worst decision I have ever made.
