I’m disappointed my 2014 Santa Fe needs so much work on it, but have always found Star to be thorough and trustworthy. We have our list and know what needs to be done.

Service was thorough , multipoint inspection revealed belt needed replaced,Mattew was courteous and helpful, technician was observant of what vehicle might need. Overall we are Impressed with Hyundai service and standing behind their product.
I was told that they could look at my car in a timely manner by the service manager . After 3 week I called back to be ask about my car and to see if they had seen and diagnosed my car . I was told that the Hyundai service manger was on vacation and it wouldn’t be till he got back for them to look at my car . By that time it was to late to have my car towed to a different shop. I was told by the service manager that he never told me they could get to it in a timely manner . I didn’t receive a phone call , I had to call ! To get answers. They got my car going after spending almost 1200$ and waiting more than a month . That not good customer service ! A phone call after the second week would have been nice . I was getting the car ready to give to my daughter for Christmas. So over all rating I give the Hyundai service department would be a 0 . I’ve never had this kind of thing happen at Lawrence Hall Chevrolet. So I’ll stick to GM vehicles.
