I live 900 miles away and brought my car into your guys dealership and you treated me like family took care of my problem right away and with utmost concerns I wish the dealership where I bought my Toyota RAV4 in northern Michigan and I'm just going to throw it out there fenelius Toyota cheboygan Mi. Would have helped me out stood behind me as much as you guys did thank you very much I would recommend you anytime hopefully I can get this problem resolved with my dealership back home thank you again
Dave was excellent. He reviewed and informed me of my service that would have been needed but was already done. He advised what was going to be done for this maintenance service and would advise of any recommendations. I appreciated his awesome customer care.

Chuck was great and did many wonderful things! The heat and air work great but the dashboard is still on crooked and my FM connector for my Sirius radio was damaged. I have to go to Best Buy to get it all serviced. Really sorry to have to say this but 1/2 the service was absolutely stellar. 4 days and extra broken parts I have to fix makes the other 1/2 a fat “0”..... Better luck next time
