Chuck was very friendly and efficient! Chuck even let me know that he would likely be gone for the day by the time I returned (8:00pm), but that I could stop in to the front office. The gentleman at the desk when I returned to pick up was also very kind. I was provided with a recap of services. The paperwork was simple and clear to understand what had been completed.

Mirror is frameless and there is a lot of reflection from edges when driving at night. Baize and shape does not fit car. Homelink buttons are hard to find, especially at night. I wish I realized it did not have home link before purchasing car. Also, for $$ it should be auto dimming as well. Folks in service manager area not wearing masks right and a few were a bit condescending. Wish I bought from Ardmore Toyota again.
