Plastic cover and floor cover was left inside the car. I had to remove it myself.
Also, I was told it was a 30 minute wait. However, service took 2 hours. Some of the customers service reps- including the one that attended me where wearing neck gaiter- which is not an approved cdc face cover. Moreover, some of the customers rep where not keeping the 6 feet suggested distance with the customers, including me.

I forgot to ask about the rebate for my tires I was told by Yokohama tires that the paperwork was not given to me wasn’t correct from Toyota dealer so I never received my prepaid gift card. I would greatly appreciate it if someone was to contact him and regarding my pre-pay $50 gift card. Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from someone in regards to this matter.

Requested seatbelt chime be disabled, since Toyota owners manual states that it a configurable option that can be done by the dealer. Dealer refused, saying that it’s a Federal law. It’s not. Look it up, I did.
