Luis has been great, however I've been there 3x for a replacement remote for my car. They ordered 1 and couldn't program it and now after 3x they're ordering multiple one's to see what unique 1 my car needs. So waiting for the phone call next week to take the 40 minute ride to service department after they get several different remotes to pair 1 with my car. I spoke with the manager, I believe his name was Craig, and he's trying to be accommodating with my inconvenience. I asked for a discount on the price and he said I wouldn't be charged to program it.

Brian helped me a great deal!! I just wish all your service people were on the same page!! One guy told me if my car wasn’t doing the problem they wouldn’t be able to find it! The second guy told me they would find it after they did the computer diagnositic run!! Brian knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it!! He also told me that the diagnostic test wouldn’t find anything wrong with the window! That test is mostly for the motor and such!! I just smh and said why did three people tell me three different stories.. but all in all it’s fixed I hope!! Thank you Brian, it was a pleasure!

Everything went perfectly. Luis was very nice and professional.
Luis did not convey to me clearly what the issue was with my vehicle when I asked him questions about my emergency service. He did not seem to want any interaction when I asked questions.
Times are difficult right now with COVID-19 and having to work thru this. So I do not want to judge Luis.

Always good service when I bring my vehicle in
I have had my car serviced at your place numerous times. The customer service I received today was not up to your usual standards. I dropped my car off for my 8am appointment at 6:30am. When I arrived at 5pm to pick up my car it was not ready. When I asked about this I was informed that if I wanted my car before 6pm I should have made that clear per the service adviser. I never had to do this before. Your service advisor could. It even apologize appropriately for your service failure. The customer should never be blamed for your failure.
