Some guy took the order then left for lunch or something. Someone else took over that didn't know me. So he calls my phone to tell me the car was ready. Except I didn't have the phone with me and I had to stand around that mind numbing waiting area for an extra twenty minutes to a half hour before I questioned someone about my finished vehicle sitting there in the finished area. Very annoying and a loss of my time.

My couldn't start i have call tow truck it electrical problem Andy has always talked about say it's a battery is not battery the transmission is bad because I'm a lady they think I'm stupid something going on with the car

She explained in all detailed . Cheryl went above her duties to satisfy me after I was upset. She went and called diffent departments to call a tire company and she also explained in detail my steps after insuring my vehicle would be tested to meet my needs. If I had to choose her everytime I would . I love her caring efforts .
Service is always slow, but I never expected it to take 2 hours and 11 minutes to do a tire rotation. Completely unacceptable.
I am satisfied with the work done , and always satisfied with William Chaffee work , a very good man he takes good care of the customers.
