I was quoted a charge for the new battery of $89, plus a senior’s discount. When the work was done, the bill showed over $130 for the battery. Am not happy about being given a quote before the work and then no explanation when the work is done.

He kept me informed and was spot on regarding how long the service would take. He suggested a service that was not part of the regular maintenance but didn’t push it. I hate it when people get aggressive in recommending a service or repair.

Dave did a good job. However, the parts that were ordered by someone else were wrong even though I had sent in photographs to ensure the correct ones were ordered. Thus I will have to take more time out of my day on another day to bring the vehicle back to complete the service.

I Was overcharged. You replaced two bulbs, one head lamp assembly and did not find out what the underlying electrical problem was; but otherwise a great job. tHe Toyota regional manager will hear about this.
