Made my appointment last Thursday, and slid into Toyota World on Monday. Everything serviced perfectly, no drama, just expedient, thoughtful conversation to boot! Bill was magnificent and handled my complete brake and rotor change very, very efficiently. A pleasure to have my car serviced!
