Normally when I come I get a free car wash, this time I didn’t and was disappointed. Ahead of arrival I looked forward to a clean wash and didn’t receive it. I hope to get compensated for it.

I needed a side mirror replaced, and the cost of it was over $300. I should have been notified about the price before the service was completed so I could have decided whether I wanted to pay that much or find an alternative. Also, the mirror was supposed to be ordered at least a week ahead of the appointment, but it wasn't. The vehicle had to stay overnight. Chuck kindly comped the cost of a rental, which I appreciated, but the rest of the experience could have been better. Also, there is no explanation as to why the car has started burning oil other than that the engine has a lot of miles (over 140,000). That feels unsatisfactory.
