There was a communication issue during my service. But it was not a controllable event, since the center lost power. Fred was understanding, empathetic and realized how the delay impacted me. I appreciated his approach to solving the situation. He’s a good man and an asset to your reputation.
Chuck continues to provide trustworthy customer service, I appreciate not having to second guess his professional service and knowledge.

If they find something is wrong with vehicle, they should offee to help them pay month to fix while able to nhave vehicle. During covid-19 is not easy with all of budget. Toyits should help to fix for whom loyalty to toyota.

I was very glad Fred was in duty . He was pleased that the part came in and after the tail gate lifts were installed he took me to my car and had me open the trunk to see that it really was installed. If I have any other problems with my car, I will request him. He is dedicated to being the best .
Service manager was professional and courteous. My response is based upon trust that the services requested and suggested were performed correctly and completely. I didn't think of it but I have had svc mgrs point out exceptions and items to watch, like air and cabin air filters. Overall I was pleased with the service received.
My wife and I both own Toyota products and we bring them here for service. Always a good experience. I am a first responder, and Dave went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was serviced as soon as possible and in a professional manner. I can't say enough about his positive attitude and willingness to work with me. Well do e, and we are happy with our experiences.

When I brought my car in for a recall, I asked to have you put the correct locking lugs on the wheels. I also told the woman who called me to schedule. And, another thing with your Toyota. I am 45 minutes from you so its not easy to get there and I shouldn't have to.
For the services performed on my vehicle I feel it was highly overpriced. The service representative could have been a little more clear as to why I was being charged so much. But he wasn’t. Wasn’t really clear at all and actually at one point when I was trying to find out why I was being charged so much he acted like he was impatient and just wanted to move on and didn’t care about my concern. I don’t care what anybody says $130 for a tire rotation and oil change is completely ridiculous to me! Period. There was $70 dollars in parts and $50 in labor, plus tax. Anyways, I will be going elsewhere for my next one.
Bill is an excellent service man. He answered all my concerns concerning my vehicle recall. We was very reassuring and took time to explain the recall to me abs what I needed to do.
