Cheryl was very pleasant to work with. She reviewed the work that was suggested to be done on my car with me and explained it clearly. The work was done right away and I appreciated that because I was waiting at the service center for the work to be completed.

Chuck was friendly and courteous. Prior to beginning work on my car, he inquired when I needed the car back. He delivered on the promise that it would be done around lunchtime. He promptly called me when my car was ready for pick up. Love coming to Newark Toyota World for service. Been a customer since 2004.
For an emergency battery replacement, he gave us a time for service and e-mailed us when the woek was completed. He also arranged for someone to drive my wife home to avoid a long wait at your service center.

Does the car wash work or not? It is open, wet, but have a closed sign next to the entrance facing me, along with a "not responsible to your damage" sign. It scared me away.
Also I did not get a call as usual, and waited eight outside for 30min while the car was already done.
Cheryl is always so nice and keeps me informed on what’s going on with my vehicle.
I am always pleased with the service I receive at Toyota.
