Dave greeted me and explained the intake. He reviewed my car history, advised me on future services and contacted parts regarding “fuel pump replacement part” for recall. After my car was serviced he reviewed information and answered questions. I was very pleased with his “customer service”.

Dave is great, very kind and explained everything, seemed like he really cared which is great to experience as a customer. Only issue I had was when a different employee (NOT Dave) pulled around my car, clearly had his mask on his chin in my car with windows only cracked, and with COVID, that’s definitely not ok.
