Courteous, informative: skilled communicator
The service rep did not provide the correct details of the work needed on my car. I was not charged for the additional work, but the service rep is not someone I would trust for a future visit. He just does not have very good communication skills and is a little too lackadaisical.
Fred was a super easy service advisor to work with I felt that he was direct with me yet fair and I got done what was needed and fit comfortably into my budget. I know a lot of people say dealers are more expensive but I’m the type of person that believes it’s better to get things done at the dealer so that you don’t have to run around wondering where you got what done at and when! I truly appreciated the service I received today.
Saw Dave as follow up from yesterday. He took great care of me again!

I took the car in for I took the car in for servicing because it was time then after I got the car back the engine light started coming on so I had to take the car back again very inconvenient

Dave was terrific to work with. He explained what would be done with my vehicle. He reviewed my service history & made me aware of some services recommended for the vehicle based on recent or upcoming mileage markers. Based on his explanations I approved the coolant and transmission services for my Prius. Dave called me at the time he said he would to let me know when my vehicle would be finished and walked me through EVERYTHING (you guys check a lot of stuff!) that was done. On a scale of 1 to 10 Dave's level of customer service was a 12.
Dave was very accommodating and very pleasant. Very great person to work with during my maintenance check.
