I scheduled a 10k mile service online. At drop off, the service tech made a couple of comments leading me to believe my car wouldn’t be ready until end of day, which seemed a bit excessive for a car dropped off at 8am. My husband started an online chat after 3pm asking the status and was told car was not ready but a tech would call. I never received a call. At 6:45pm I called and was told the car had been ready. Once at Toyota I was sent back and forth from reception to the service desk until someone could find my paperwork. The whole process appeared disorganized.

No the service from Fred was horrible; he appeared lazy and uninterested in my concerns. I was frustrated and upset bc he wasn’t giving me any explanation or suggestions about my vehicle. All he was concerned about was the $1100+ I would need to pay to get work done on my car, so I asked for another rep and Jason saved the day. He was very helpful and genuinely concerned that I was satisfied before I left. Also the technician who worked on on my car her great and thorough as well. He spoke to the AAA about the battery I just purchased two days ago that seemed to be dead. All Fred wanted to do was charge me up - I don’t want to go into too much via text but pls give me a call ****-****-xxxx to discuss. But if not for Jason the service tech and Cheryl, u would have lost a long time customer. I never want to deal w/Fred ever again, simply lazy and not customer oriented at all.

Complete circus! Gotten the run around on having a 2” receiver hitch installed on my 2021 Venza for 2 weeks. The part is here, then it isn’t. If it wasn’t for Chris Delpeche I wouldn’t use this dealership ever again. Accessory department was a complete disaster!

I wanted ya all to just slap a set of pads on the front and ya wouldnt with out new rotors. Luis said they were rusty on the inside. I knew that. The truck pretty much has 3 jobs. Pull my little alum boat. Go 2 miles to home depot and sit in the yard. New rotors would sit there and rust too. No worries. Im gonna slap a set on it tomorrow.
