Chuck was a gift. I was on my way home to Southern DE when the red triangle popped up on the dash. I went straight to Toyota and Chuck got me all checked in. He was very nice and very professional. He helped me get a rental so that I could go get breakfast and then he got my car diagnostics done and got it fixed. It was an unexpected day in Newark, but he took all the stress and anxiety out of it. If I lived closer, I would come to this dealership because of him.

Handled well but concern had to be escalated . Dealer did what they were supposed to do. This is really a Toyota issue. But it still takes time out of my schedule which doesn’t sit well with me. Newark Toyota 1 Toyota 0
