Cheryl is my 3rd service writer at Newark Toyota World since buying my first vehicle there in 2006 (both previous writers were promoted). I bring my original 4runner back and will continue to buy Toyota vehicles in great part due to NTW staff. I feel that Cheryl is my advocate and the service is always great and timely. All of the NTW are great and provide an excellent level of customer service and technical performance.

Brian was open and honest that they were unexpectedly a little shorthanded and my service may take a little longer than expected. I appreciated the honesty. He also informed me about pending recalls that just came out and that he would notify me if further action on my part was needed. Thank you for a job well done.
