You have grown. You have added quiet a few new service managers
You have created a distinction between your operation and other service centers in our area by the performance of your service managers .
My experience recently however is that you are going backwards with service managers acting like the other locations pushing work not needed and attempting to hide or not be transparent on true needs in order to push up per vehicle dollars coming thru your service center
Note - I have been a customer for 25 years with 4 Toyota’s or Lexus
