Last week i visited Newark Toyota World for an oil change. While i was there, i mentioned another issue to Chuck. Chuck took it upon himself to research it and find a solution. It was a great display of initiative and Customer care and i really appreciate it. Chuck really went out of his way to ensure that my car would be as good as it could. Hi! The only thing I have to say for the experience that was negative is that, upon review of the invoice when I got home (someone else brought car in), is that I was charged for tire rotation even though I bought my tires at the dealership and was supposed to have free tires rotations for the life of the tire. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

We scheduled an appointment with your company and were advised that the vehicle would be looked at at that date/time. We were called later that day stating that they didn’t have time to get to it so it would have to wait until the next day. Kind of defeats the purpose of making an appointment. The next day we were told that a diagnostic had been run and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Meanwhile the vehicle had to be towed to the service center because it wouldn’t start. We were able to drive the vehicle home but the next morning the vehicle wouldn’t start again.
Dave Ferguson was a pleasure to deal with today. From greeting to goodbye he was friendly and professional, and kept me informed
