Confused how the recall is for safety concerns and the company “tests” to see what “fails” rather than fixing things in full. If you replaced all the parts (in case some things didn’t test failures yet) then you could avoid litigation later. It is ridiculous. In addition, upon pick up, there was quite an attitude. At drop off, it was so important to spray Lysol in my car and wipe things down to protect the workers. When asked upon pick up for them to spray my car and wipe it down for MY safety in MY car, I was told it was only to protect the workers from covid-19. Believe it or not, Toyota employees can also be carrying covid-19 and refused to protect the consumer upon request.

I always request Jeff as my service advisor because he is professional, courteous and gets my car back to me in record time. I live an hour away and it is worth it to have my Toyota serviced at Toyota world.
Fast, friendly, helpful and accommodating
Waited 18 minutes for service advisor to attend me. Waited 22 minutes for the vehicle to be brought around. Found a servicing fault requiring a return to the service bay. The work was not been checked and my time was not respect
