Confusion over what I ordered and Toyota care coverage at least on my leave of dealership. My fault in part, but was not ask to preapprove service and charges so I was surprised and in protest over one item. Cashier could have been a lot more friendly, but maybe having a bad day as we all do.
Black paint on all four of my wheels was chipped and scratched in multiple spots when I got my tires rotated as part of my one year service. I have already talked to the service manager and am getting this issue taken care of.
I appreciate Cheryl keeping me updated during the service with details of work needed and estimated completion time. She also help to coordinate a loaner. Very friendly and courteous.
Brian was very nice and accommodating
He even tried to fix the problem without parts.

He is the best Toyota representative I have dealt with since I purchased my 4runner in 2014.
I was greeted kindly. I was advised that my car would take up to two and a half hours to be completed. I was having oil change and a recall done on my car. I advised the technician I would be waiting inside. he asked if I had a mask because that was the only way I was allowed inside and of course I did. FIVE 5 hours later I received a call from the technician to advise me that my car was almost done but an additional $400 worth of work needed to be done. Technician Luiz Never came out to discuss my car. Never offered show me what needed to be done just a quick telephone call FYI everything that needed to be replaced with already pulled from my car I am not happy with how I was treated 6 Plus hours later I had to pay $500 on work done on my car that probably had to have been replaced but I was not treated as the rest of the clients where someone came out to tell them and show them what needed to be done to their cars. I received a phone call and was told what needed to be done and that everything was already taken out of my car that's leaving me with the impression that I had no choice but to pay the $500 to get my car. HOWEVER, the gentleman that checked me out was wonderful. he was kind and understanding. I am not pleased with FIRST VISIT. I was treated as though I didn't exist until my $500 was required
