Dave Ferguson was great to work with. He asked me questions and listened to my observations of the problem. We did a walk around my car to assess for scratches etc. He explained why this was done. Dave reviewed the work order and confirmed my understanding. He updated on the progress of my car. Work order reviewed and signed. I hope to work with Dave in future.
