Chuck even walked over to the car wash to enter the code for me so I wouldn't have to fumble with it.
Back right brakes were at 2mm left while all others were at 8 and 7. I feel like this should have been addressed why there is such uneven wear. Now I have maybe a quarter life left on this as my 2 year service agreement (even while in covid barely traveled) is almost up. So I just feel like I’m buying a new car and getting that service deal that it’s truly worth it. I had been in there before last summer when I had lost my keys on the beach and Toyota services said they could get me a tow truck Monday… and let me car drift out to sea?? Thanks. So that experience cost me roughly $1000 all in with the new keys and programming etc without a discount for recently getting the car brand new.
Luis Lopez provided excellent customer service. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about my vehicle's service needs.
After Oil change the maintenance required light was still on.
Also they didn’t clear the plastic dirty cover on the seat and paper on the floor.
Dave did a great job, even though he was very busy. I appreciate his taking the time to keep in touch and communicate the status of the (under warranty) repair.

While the service communication was great, the issue was that the driver seat was in a different position, and my safety PPE was moved from on the floor in the back seat, to the front passenger seat - Not sure why the seat was adjusted and my PPE was moved.
For the fourth time since 1987, I had to bring the car back because poor quality control was done on my car before giving it back to me. This is a waste of my time. Furthermore the fact the bolts were not properly tightened provided a safety issue. This is a chronic problem at this dealership. Again, this is the fourth time this is happened to me since 1987.

My car has only been to Toyota Service. This past visit was very expensive so I will need to look elsewhere for my service needs especially now that I’m retired and my income has dropped substantially.
Very disappointing experience on this most recent service visit. There were issues with the credit card machine so I worked with Bill to try multiple cards. I noticed i was charged in two different cards for ~$1100. In my attempts to get this resolved, i had to call the service department almost daily for a week and half and every time i was told i would get a return call it wasn’t made. I sent an email to the service manager with screenshots of the charges and didn’t get a response. It proved to be a very frustrating experience and extremely disappointing that more focus wasn’t made to help resolve what is a pretty major issue for a customer. It wasn’t until i connected with Michael Childers that i actually was able to get this auctioned and resolved in 24 hours. I’m extremely grateful for his diligence on this as well as following up at every step of the way when he told me i would get an update.
