I am very happy with the service u received from Jason & the service team. Jason explained to me why it was going to take 3 hours to replace the recalled part but it took much less. Jason was not available when I picked up my car but one of his associates was very helpful in checking me out of the service area.

Outstanding service. In and out within a hour
Dave checked me in and out. I had an appointment for 7:30 arrived at 7;15 promptly checked me in then around 8:15 I was walking outside and noticed my truck parked in the lot. NOTHING HAD BEEN Done. I sent a text asking when it would be done, no response ... But after text someone came out and took the truck back inside. Work was done by 8:45-50. It was only a tire rotation and oil change. The bays were not full when I arrived. I wish they were a little more concerned with customer’s time because most of us work.
Was charged for service I shouldn’t have been. Staff should look up what warranty the customer has before just assuming and charging them. I was told I also may have to wait a week before the funds are back in my account!
Frank is great. Always cheerful, never flustered by the chaos. Excellent service rep. I always look for him when I come to the service center.
Jason has ALWAYS been courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful when I come in, and today was the same! He greeted me like he always does with a smile and got started with my appointment right on time! Jason has NEVER tried to sell me something I don’t need and has been completely upfront and honest every time I come in…and with two Toyota vehicles, I come in a lot! Jason definitely represents Newark Toyotaworld well! (He’s not paying me to say all of this...I promise! ????) Very happy with Jason and the service department!
Chuck provides consistent, reliable, and trustworthy customer service. My family and I appreciate and value his hard work ethic and dedication and have no worries when taking our vehicle in for a service.
This is my second message to you about this. It's really a shame about the miscommunication on the water pump because we have had all of our service done at Newark Toyota and this is the first time that we have had any problems or dissatisfaction
