He was very patient even when I wasn't. Although, it took a while to get the work done, he carefully explained all the steps along the way. He's a keeper and I wish I could get that type of customer service everywhere I go. Job well done!????

Just wanted to say thank you to Brian, I came into Toyota with an unusual situation. There was a dead bird under the hood of my car, I spent an entire day wondering how you get it out of there. Once brian saw what I was referring to, he told me to wait and my family problem was solved in 15 minutes. No dead bird under the good in this heatwave. thanks Brian

William gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at any car dealership ever. He was informative, extremely helpful and didn’t waste my time. He explained everything as we went quickly and got us in and out. He was very efficient. I told my son, that was with me, you will probably never have an experience like that again in your life.
