Yes I was completely satisfied with my service at Newark Toyota today. Cheryl Gephart my Service Manager kept me informed about the repairs needed for my vehicle and the updated cost of the repairs. She was very courteous and very professional .

Today is the first day I have met Dave Ferguson. Dave seems to be an extremely knowledgeable Assistant Service Manager. When he introduced himself to me, he discussed with me concerns about the service my vehicle would receive today. When the service was complete, he reviewed my paperwork and made sure I understood what the results meant. I was really impressed with his integrity and his respect for me the customer.

Whomever checked me in yesterday for a night drop-off did not completely leave the info that I requested to have my car done by noon because of transportation issues. When it wasn’t done by 11:15, I called to check and Cheryl returned my car and was able to get it ready for me by 12:30. She always waived the fee because of the confusion.
