I received a text from Luis saying my car needed additional work: suspension, brakes, tire treads, wiper and inverter fluid. I was surprised as my car was just in for service last month or so. When I spoke with Luis, he apologized and said it was a different car. My car was fine and ready for pick up. When they delivered the car to me, it was the wrong car.
I drove the car 2 miles and the home screen went black. None of the buttons would work.
I need to bring it back tomorrow.

Everything was fine except waiting for my truck. It was a fifteen minute wait for it to be brought up. This seems to happen every time I take a vehicle in for service. You should just park the vehicle outside and hand over the key.... especially with social distancing.
My car is not fixed. This is my third time here with the same issue. Please take care of it.

Dave Ferguson had recommend these items at my last visit, which was to replace the big battery in my Prius. As soon as I knew I would be near Newark again, I scheduled with Dave. There is one more item on his recommended list, an I plan to schedule that in the next 6-8 weeks. I live in Delaware County, PA.
