My appointment was for 2:30 I did not leave until close to 4:30-two hours for a scheduled 10,000 mile service is longer than I have ever waited. Also, I had to come to the desk to ask and then was told it was complete. I did not receive any Points or coupons which maybe you stopped this program.

My vehicle scheduled appointment items were completed as requested and the blown tire was covered under the warranty which was another added bonus. Your team did an excellent job reassembling to 4 runner back to it’s normal condition. Everything was put back in its original destinations.

The wait was much too long. After booking an appointment for a time when I was told the service department would not be busy, I experienced an almost two hour wait for a basic oil change. I had expected an hour or shorter wait time. The service manager was apologetic and did not charge me for the service. This was very generous and appreciated. Hopefully my next appointment will be better.
