Thanks for all your help. Car now has chemical smell very strong. I realize they had to clean vent system to remove rodent smell. Hopefully chemical smell will be gone soon. I am very happy with Luis and your fine service team.

Quick system from the start of checking in car into service area and waiting area. Updates are great and final checkout is quick.
They cannot complete a service to my truck which makes no sense to me. Cheryl was fine to deal with very professional. I'm going to get a second opinion on the issue hopefully they say the same thing if not I will be even more disappointed.
