Dave met me as soon as I pulled in and logged me into the system. He explained the process to me and described what was going to be examined on the vehicle today. He showed me around the waiting room and apologized for the lack of snacks and soft drinks which would have been there if not for the Covid craziness. He told me when the vehicle would be done (and your crew beat the estimate by five minutes). Very good operation you have there. Was very pleased with the professonalism and courtesy.

The entire reason I keep coming to Newark Toyota for service is because of the faith and trust I have in Mr. Bill Chaffee and having my car serviced correctly and in managing all of my service needs!
