He was upfront the expense of the repair based on different outcomes. Unfortunately I was not able to get it repaired due to cost. But I appreciated his honesty.
Dave was very helpful and did a great job. Your manager should have never left him all alone . The place was mobbed and because of the inadequate staffing things took longer than needed. Dave handled everything exceptionally well and was gracious to all customers. You have also stopped service on Sundays . That is my only day off so routine service is a real headache for me now to schedule.
I made an appointment to get my radio fixed , my oil changed and then I got a recall in the mail. The lady that was setting my appointment up said they can do the recall when they do the oil change but it would take all day. I said ok then I’ll get a rental car. Jason sorted the radio out right away and Dave explained the recall would be no charge. I dropped the truck off at 11 ish and he called me at 5 twenty to pick it up. He never had them do the oil change and pretty much said it was my fault because it should have raised a red flag when he said no charge. We were talking about the recall so of course no charge also I have never had a manager tell me how much the oil change would. OST until after! Anyway he was kinda short and I said I can’t believe you didn’t even run it through the car wash. I keep coming here for service and it is always something so I just feel I need to find somewhere else to get my truck serviced. I keep wanting to go to your shop but I believe this was pretty much the last straw then he said to me not I’m sorry but I can do the oil change but you are going to be here a while. It was his mistake and he handled it badly instead of me feeling like a customer that mattered I felt like I just annoyed him I know if I treated a customer at my job like he treated me I would be in serious trouble. Anyway sorry about going on and on but I was terribly disappointed with the service and treatment I received and I will not recommend him to anyone, Thank you and have a great weekend

Frank had great communication and was very prompt in handling my questions / concerns. From planning the drop off and rental car to communicating on other recommended repairs, Frank made the whole process a breeze. The rental car pickup and drop off desk was excellent also.

Dave is a phenomenal service advisor. Kept me totally informed, went out of his way to assure credits were applied to offset costs, managed my Uber shuttle trips. And is overall a great guy. I highly recommend.

Brought my vehicle in for service at around 10am and was told it would take about two hours. I returned at around 3:30 PM and vehicle never touched.
