Thank you for offering to pick up my vehicle for service. I recently had surgery and I cannot drive per doctor’s order. I have had nothing but good service from Newark Toyota World.
Dave is a very personable, courteous, customer focused service advisor. The tech however missed a few things. I picked up my car today at 7pm after leaving it the night before for what I thought was an early morning appointment to have the oil changed. I drove away with my tire light on after being told that the oil change can take longer than expected because they inspect the tires and the brakes. Obviously, no one bothered to fill my tire. Let’s hope the oil was actually put back in my car.
Dave was so amazing. Kind and caring. My low oil engine light was on and I wasnt off work for another 5 days. I stopped In without an Appt and Dave took such great care of me. He fit me into an already busy schedule so that I wouldn’t be unsafe on the road for the next several days. The genuine care, smiles, and overall customer service are second to none. Dave and Chuck are wonderful.

This was my first time meeting Mr. Dave Ferguson. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Despite me coming on the wrong day of my appointment, he immediately worked me into the schedule. I was in for my 15000 service but also asked that my rubber brake pad be checked. It had fallen off the pedal. He not only had it checked but ordered me a new one that will be put on tomorrow. This excellent service is very much appreciated.
