The appointment was well organized and a job well done.
Everything was explained to me when I checked in and when I picked up the car. I was called and was told the technician found that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced which I authorized. I can really see the difference with the new wipers since it happened to be raining when I left.
Was dissuaded from receiving repair i came in for, attempted to be upsold tires and rotor repair, after i just got new tires, was aware of rotors, paid for diagnostic for nothing to be done now a loud noise is coming from my front end, worst experience ever!
Very happy with the experience of the worker at Honda. Jenna was very good at getting things done that was needed as well. Everything was done on a timely matter.
