All employees I’ve spoken to throughout this process have been extremely helpful. I brought my car in and Kristi took the time to make sure she had all my details correct before I left. In this situation, all details I provided were very important in diagnosing the problem with my car. I was very happy to hear that the technicians found the problems I was describing and thankful that my new transmission was covered under my extended warranty. All employees who directed me to pull in my car into the service center and take my name and info were courteous and efficient. Kristi was very responsive and kept me in the loop throughout the process while my car was being worked on. Thank you for setting me up with a loaner car as well! Great job everyone :)
Very pleased.but, not happy with the van
Shawn provided amazing service from the moment I stepped into the building. She brought our van in and checked us in. She also provided us updates as we were waiting. The other staff were also very friendly, from one offering me a drink or a snack in the waiting room to another offering me help as I was loading my kids back into the van. Such a pleasant experience

Requested that my used tires be placed in my vehicle. Although the tires had no significant value as to use on a vehicle notwithstanding I did make it clear that I wanted my used tires. I was given several excuses why the tires were not in the vehicle,as requested, none of which were satisfactory. The bottom line I was even promised four used tires from another vehicle. From another vehicle or not I do feel I am due if not my tires a satisfactory replacement of my used tires.
Excellent and quick work as usual.
