Ms Consalo is extremely attentive, she is through, courteous and professional. She is one among several of the service staff that make coming to Price Acura’s Service Dept a pleasant experience rather than a chore. To go to a step further, if I can make a comparison to other service departments. There the staff treats everyone so routinely, you get the feeling they can’t get to the next customer fast enough. No personal attention, no “Do you have any questions about your service or your car’s condition?” I don’t get that feeling from Ms Consalo.
