My car was at the dealership for service work (oil change and tire rotation) all afternoon - about 4 hours. I received notification that it also needed air filters and brake fluid flush, which I authorized. No one called me to tell me the car was ready after I called 3x to check. Never got a return call. I had to come out of pocket for a Lyft because your shuttle driver was maskless and coughing throughout my initial ride, with my young child in the car. After all that, the job still wasn't complete and no one did the extra work I was told it needed and that I had requested be done. They only did an oil change and tire rotation in 4 hours. This was the worst customer experience at a car dealership service center I’ve encountered. .
Coleen and the price team are amazing. Billie Wyatt is a huge asset to the price team and one of the reasons I’ve purchased two Acura’s at Price.
Calvin answered all my questions and provided great insight.
