After only 4 months of owning my car there was a leak found during my 1st service appt. I was not told until AFTER the work was being done. While sitting in the waiting area I received a text telling me about it and I had to wait an additional 90 minutes for it to seal. No one asked me if it was ok and if I had time to wait, which I didn’t. In addition I was charged for the service appt when my first service appt was free. I was told to speak to my sales person. I went over to Honda and they corrected it in the system and refunded my $132! I was there from 11:15am to 2:30pm.

Bryan is absolutely the best. I've been to other Acura locations. The customer service, professionalism and courtesy he provides are top notch. That treatment no longer exists in the other locations. It's hard to find that anywhere these days.

I have trusted Bryan, with my Acura’s, for years. He has always operated in my best interests. He’s always trustworthy, honest & dependable. Personally, I enjoy talking with him. He responds quickly to messages and phone calls. I also don’t feel as if he is “upselling” me on parts or services that I do not need. He always has told me, that he knows, every time, that the most important feature to me is my safety in the Acura. I trust him because he knows my safety is paramount to me. I hope Bryan receives some type of recognition, and just more than a handshake. Price Acura is very fortunate to have an employee like Bryan.

As far as the service goes it was excellent. My only complaint would be the overall dealership environment. In the service waiting area there was music blasting way too loud along with the TV on. I can't imagine anyone trying to watch the TV or even try to speak with a sales associate with the loud music. I enjoy music but at a certain volume it can be annoying.

Calvin was great. I expected the detailing to be more thorough. My cup holders don't look like they were cleaned. The inside of the driver's door is dirtier than when I dropped it off.
