Colleen as always goes above and beyond. She is so sweet and considerate. She gives me detailed information to make decisions for the services my vehicle may need. I know our world and usual schedules have changed due to covid 19. However with the appointments that were scheduled and to have limited staff caused a delay with my vehicle being ready. That is no fault of Colleens or the technicians. Everyone was working as quickly as they could safely to accommodate everyone. I was given a loaner vehicle to use and Colleen kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle.
In these tricky and scary days Jeremy Macdonald provided me with a safe and professional experience. I will bring my Acura back for service again.
