The service man was willing to look at my trailer because I was going on a camping trip and my breaks would not hold. He took time to adjust them so they work better but no time to fix the fan in bathroom or put grease in the center of the wheels. He said to make an appointment to get that done.

Our brand new unit has been at the lot for repairs more than we've had it at home and able to use it. Numerous issues due to carelessness by the service department, that could have been avoided. While in their posession, they did not winterize the unit. We now have a damaged part. This is only one of many issues with the service department. We would never recommend for anyone to purchase from Open Roads.
