The issue had nothing to do with Lennon. When I purchased the vehicle, I paid $2500 for an extended warranty, which I thought was for an additional 100K miles. When the car was diagnosed, we were made aware it was only for 36K miles, so the repairs required weren't covered. Imagine my frustration to find out I paid $2500 for a mere 36K miles. I felt taken advantage of, NOT by Lennon, but by the finance person who sold me the bill of goods when I originally bought the car. Lennon has always given me the impression that he is in high demand because he works hard. Lennon is always helpful and goes above and beyond,

I think the staff have to be a little more kind and attentive to the clients at the end we were satisfied but when we arrived no one tried to help us but overall at the end went find thanks Daniel G

I was expecting that my car would be washed... But I asked an employee and he explained why it did not get washed. But that did disappoint me so, I just went home not driving around it seems to be driving better. The start up was definitely a lot better. Thanks I'm very happy so far... Andrew was very nice and friendly.. But I enjoyed his treatment of me and my car... Thank you. Gloria J

Is incredible how in a dealer can’t be a nice people in service are. I asked a cuestion to Andrew Liedloff and he very impolite just said I don’t know. The only friendly person at El More Toyota is Lennon Van
