Would recommend to be informed that my car was ready for pick up through either a call or text message. I usually do not have this issue before when I was working with Lennon to get my car serviced. This time, the only text I have received was “Update: Melissa, your car is in good good hands. I’ll let you know when your car is ready!” This was not true as I had to come to check to see if my car is ready just to find out it was sitting there waiting for me for a while now. Everything else was good, they did a great job on servicing us and completed the services that I requested. Thank you all so much!!

After going to your establishment to receive Service on my vehicle,The next day I was driving on the freeway and the face shield to my car completely came off and was destroyed. I called the dealership and explain to them what had happened and they told me that there was no way that they could have done that. However when replacing an oil filter I know that you have to remove that piece in order to complete the job. So I tried arguing my point and nothing was done. They just re-bolted the face sheild back up and it’s chewed up state. I am highly disappointed at the customer service that we received considering we constantly maintain our car at this dealership. I wish they would have made a right to the wrong and replaced the shield completely, however, they chose to argue with me and not do that. Upon going to retrieve my car the following day, they gave me information to someone else’s vehicle and not double check that they even gave me my own vehicles information and keys to leave.
Take to long for the service from 8:20 am to 11:00 am
