Take too long for the services 10.000 miles service + paint protection. Take all day.
Have appointment for the recall on Highlander, but find out they have no part on hand. After all day the car in the dealer 100% dissatisfy for the service. Therefore we will loose one more day for the work. Due to have to bring the highlander back to the dealer next week. For the recall.
